All the time we are spending our time washing the dishes and leaning forward, cooking, sitting in front of a computer or a phone and constantly aging.

Forward Neck Posture

When we do that we develop the forward head look which is unpleasant and at the same time it causes damage to our health. The neck can distort a lot, especially among older people and this can cause severe pain. As a result the person cannot hold the head in an upright position.

That is why it is very important to do certain exercises which will help you to return the neck in a natural position.

In her video Dr. Paula Moore, (chiropractor) explains the consequences and causes of forward neck posture. She will also give you some gives practical advises about what to do.

You only have to perform a simple movement and remember to pay attention to the details. You should stand straight and be relaxed. Be in a position that is natural for you. Afterwards you should lift the head up and pull your chin towards the chest. Slowly move the head and neck to the back and the ears should be on the same level with your shoulders.

If you fix the forward neck posture you will prevent severe chronic illnesses or pain. That’s why you have to try this exercise even though you neck is not in that position yet.
