You should choose the type of food products that you eat and the type of exercises that you do according to your blood type. This diet reveals which products are good for some blood types and which are dangerous. It also illustrates the amount of food that should be consumed.
- Blood type A
People with blood type A should not consume meat, dairy, kidney beans, pasta, bread and proteins (except of nuts and soy). People with this blood type must take supplements to treat stomach ache and other health problems.
- Blood type B
People with this blood type should not consume corn, wheat, lentils, peanuts, sesame seeds, tomatoes and chicken. Instead, they should prefer fruits, green vegetables, eggs, low-fat dairy products, red meat, fish and turkey.
- Blood type AB
People with the blood type AB should not eat smoked meat, red meat and corn and should not drink alcohol and caffeine because they can suffer from heartburn. They should eat turkey, fish, beans, watermelon, figs, apples, bananas, seafood, green vegetables, dairy products and tofu.
It is good to make healthy changes in your meals with this blood type diet. You can always choose organic food which is good for any blood type. However, be careful with this diet if you have some medical issues.
