  1. Blood type A

People with blood type A should not consume meat, dairy, kidney beans, pasta, bread and proteins (except of nuts and soy). They should eat organic and fresh vegetables, beans, legumes, whole grains, berries, figs, avocadoes, apples and peaches because of the sensitivity of their immune system. Preferably, they should be vegetarians.

  1. Blood type O

People with blood type O should not consume grains, beans, peanuts, lentils, eggs, wheat and dairy products. They should eat foods that are high in protein such as red meat, chicken, turkey, seafood, kale, broccoli, and spinach. People with this blood type must take supplements to treat stomach ache and other health problems.

  1. Blood type B

People with this blood type should not consume corn, wheat, lentils, peanuts, sesame seeds, tomatoes and chicken. Instead, they should prefer fruits, green vegetables, eggs, low-fat dairy products, red meat, fish and turkey.

  1. Blood type AB

People with the blood type AB should not eat smoked meat, red meat and corn and should not drink alcohol and caffeine because they can suffer from heartburn. They should eat turkey, fish, beans, watermelon, figs, apples, bananas, seafood, green vegetables, dairy products and tofu.

It is good to make healthy changes in your meals with this blood type diet. You can always choose organic food which is good for any blood type. However, be careful with this diet if you have some medical issues.
